    Official Kentucky Connect Update/ Explanation of many Site Features! - 8/6/2010

    Hey everyone you may have noticed, over the last week and a half, there have been many new features that have been showing up and disappearing. Those features have now been added and activated. Let me give a run down of the many new features and changes that have taken place.

    Facebook integration: (currently disabled due to some conflicts/errors with the site upgrade)
    We are now directly linked as an Application-Connection on Facebook which means you can now publish threads on here and have them posted to your facebook at the same time. The Facebook Connectivity feature has been improved. You click the logo at the top of the page to register, you login to your facebook, you hit allow, and you will be registered here on Kentucky Connect without having to fill out the registration form (though direct registration is recommended, this connection feature was added to make things incredibly simple) -- Also, you can now click like on posts for it to show up on your profile that you liked it. This will do several things. First, it will give props to the fact that you like a post someone has put up. (click headline for more if reading preview)...................

    Kentucky Connect Update - We Need YOUR Help! (Please Read)

    Here are some Announcements regarding some major and minor updates over the last few days as well as a call out for your help!!!! (If you have not read the official update posted a few days ago, please take the time to do so. I really appreciate it! Thanks!!)

    1) The site Upgrade from 4.03 to 4.04 and 4.05 and the SEO update from 3.3 to 3.5.0 caused SEVERAL major and minor conflicts over the last few days but as of 2:30 AM, many of the kinks and issues have been worked out. If you played the arcade in the last 48 hours and had any problems with scores submitting, you will find it works now. Every once in a while it may say it was not submitted but it usually does even when it says that (usually after you have played more than 6 or 8 games, you might get it once or twice)

    2) Also, I am still working out the FACEBOOK CONNECT issues and the display/layout issues created by some of the upgrades. Currently, CARBON FIBER is the MOST STABLE style to use right now. As far as we can tell everything seems to work perfectly with it including the FACEBOOK FEATURES (including facebook connect, publish to facebook, etc)
